Fair use
The tools are free so that agents can use them. These rules keep them working for everyone.
Limits
Anonymous use is limited per client IP to 30 units per minute and 1,000 units per day. Each tool states its unit cost. A call that exceeds the limit returns RATE_LIMITED with a retry_after_s value.
What is not allowed
- Using the tools to attack, scan or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Using the URL tools to reach private networks, internal services or cloud metadata endpoints. These are blocked.
- Bulk-scraping upstream sources through us in ways that breach their terms.
- Circumventing rate limits with rotating IPs or repeated sign-ups.
- Presenting output as a legal, medical, financial or safety determination. Several tools are informational only.
Upstream sources
Each tool depends on public sources, and each source has its own terms. Some require attribution, and some limit commercial use. Responses carry the attribution required by the source. If you republish data, follow the attribution in meta.attribution.
No guarantee
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. Upstream sources can be slow or wrong, and results can change. Check anything important against the original source.
Heavy use
If your agent needs much more than the anonymous limits, the right move is a conversation, not a workaround. Contact details will be published before public launch.
