Questions
What does the Markdown converter keep?
Headings, paragraphs, links, images, bold and italic text, lists, tables, quotes and code blocks. Navigation, ads, scripts and forms are removed. Links and images become absolute URLs.
What is llms.txt?
A plain Markdown file at a site's root (/llms.txt) that tells language models what the site is and which pages matter. The generator reads the site's sitemap and the title and description of up to 40 pages, and writes a draft you can edit and publish.
Why is a page empty or short?
Some pages draw their content with JavaScript after loading. Try Whole page, or use the screenshot tool to see what the page shows.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no card. Each network gets a daily allowance of 200 units, which covers dozens of conversions. Heavier use can get a free API key from the operators.
Do you keep what I convert?
No. Inputs and results are not stored. Results may be cached briefly so the same request is fast the second time.
